Help please, b16a2 cam seal replacement
I'm in the middle of a timing belt replacement. The cranshaft seal was slighly leaking so I have already replaced it. My cam seals both have oil seeping through the side closest to the gears so I have decided to replace them as well. I have a haynes manual but it lacks details in describing how to just replace the seals. It does list steps to completely remove the valve train, but I'm sure there is an easy process or trick to just replacing the seals.
I have tried searching here and elsewhere in a DIY process for replacing the cam seals on a b16A2 but found nothing. I already have the timing belt off so I cannont loosen the cam gear bolts the easy way. I tried sticking a screw driver through the gear but the gear slips too much for that. How should I go about getting the gears off? Remove the cams, wrap them in cloth, and place them in a vice?
Is there any easier process for replacing the cam seals with leaving the cams in?

Somone else helped me out. Turns out there are cam lock holes on the cam cap. two on the exhaust side and two on the intake side. Although only one of each goes all the way through to the camshaft. I used a screw driver through both to hold the camshaft in place and I was able to loosen the cam gear bolts and remove them.
