Default Noise when not in gear

Anyone else notice a certain noise when riding or accelerating while not in gear? Such as if rolling down a hill. It sounds like what a tire sounds like when it has a flat spot, but the sound disappears when the car is in gear. I don't believe it is related to the engine, nor tires.

it kinda sounds drivetrain related.
maybe a bearing or something.
