I'm planning on rebuilding my y7 in a 96 coupe for boost.

I know what I want kit wise along with all of the supporting factors for the turbocharged application and I know what internals I want with the block.

Ive researched alot of build threads on here and it always seems that the OP magically has the block cleaned/honed and the whole forged rotating assembly pieced together without actually documenting the size difference of the new pieces vs. the stock components.


Basically..will the average machine shop tell me what measurement size components I will need to put together the block or am I gonna have to do the measurements myself?
