I can't see any dents and scraches. Keep in mind that is sort of expected on a car this age by everyone. No one will say WTF, it looks ugly.

In fact, IMO, the paint condition is great. Look at the shine as proof. You car looks great.

I'm not a fan of repainting a car, unless it's necessary such as an accident.

Have you done things to bring some life back? clay? polishing compound? new wax?

Hell No, if the rest of the car looks like that just detail the crap out of it. Bring it to a professional and they'll be able to pop most of the dents out and more then likely remove most of the scratches.

Clean rex btw

i wouldnt paint it. For the age of that rex, from that picture it looks like the paint is great. Its better than the paint on my 95 teg which has clear peeling all over it..

If you're worried about dings, see if a paintless dent removal service can remove them for you.

better pictures of your car may help, but by the looks of things... it doesnt look like it needs paint... and if the scratches arent to your paint or metal, you can probably buff em out... and if the dents are door dings.. get a paintless dent remover guy....

and if you think your paint job MAY come out bad if you paint it... then make sure you do your research and have enough money to make sure it does come out good... cuz when you're paying good money you definitely can make them fix watever you're unhappy about when its paintede... or threaten to sue lol
