Default will this work jdm b16a into 99 civic dx hatch

This is the project that I'm currently working on a jdm b16a swapped into a 99 civic dx hatch. I'm stroking the motor with a b17a crank, rods, and jdm b16a pistons. I'm using my own wiring harness and modifing it as I need. I found out that the distrubitor plugs are different and there is an extra blue wire .. the rest matches up to the b16a wire. I cut the connector from the jdm motor and rewired it onto my dx harness leavin out the blue wire which i figure is the tach. I also had to rewire the IAT connector.. put in the KS rewire the IAC sensor and all the VTEC wiring.. I'm pretty sure I have it all wired right but I think I'm missing the EVAP Sol wondering if I could just use the one from my 99 civic.. All backward converting the car I have some concerns.. The obd p39 ecu doesn't look for the EVAP valve opening and shutin plus it also doesn't look for the fuel pressure sensor.. I'm worried that by backward converting the EVAP canister valve won't open to let the fuel vapor out......has anybody done this swap and can assure me that I'm moving in the right direction.. This is my first time EVER doing a swap and rebuilting a motor and I think I doing right soo far ... Don't have a cash left so theres no room for error..thanks p.s. its 2 1/2 months into the swap just waiting for one pistion ring that I chipped while putting the ring into the bore.. thanks
