Valve adjustement=loss of preformance?
I'm wondering since it is noisy out there!
I believe my valve are in need of adjustement, since I didn't play with that for now.
I have done a lot of things since the day the B16 is in my car.
But now,it's time for valve adjustement.
May I re-gain somemore after?
All the rest is fine.
Takes no oil or coolant.
Has great compression.
Any help greatly appreciated.

you may gain some performance, not much but you might
see.. over time the vavle lash get wider and wider (by fractions of an inch, but still it gets wider) so in turn that means less lift for the vavles

exactly, noisy valves or really rocker arms, with wear get loose less power.meaning the valve does not open all the way, less air in and less air out.tight valves lose power also it does not let the valve shut.means **** compression,or loss of.
i was told your suppose to check and adjust your valves accordingly every 15,000 miles...
According to my calculation to convert from mile to km,I'm just in time for that!
Thanks for your answer guys!
