shaving engine bay need help!!!

What are some ways to shave a engine bay?
How to remove the Sealant?
what do i use to smooth it out?
How do i cover up the holes from the fuse box/were engin harness goes to ECU?

get a some kind of metal and patch the hole

or u can just mig weld a hole and then grind it
