Here is the deal.
94-cx, just put a sohc v-tec in it...got it real cheap thats why...
Has new plugs, dist plugged in, new igniter and coil..
Fuel pressure is awesome...also two ecu's later it still will not fire...
the only common denominators are the cx engine harness does not work right
or the fact that the guy i bought it from took the dist apart????
ANY HELP WOULD BE AWESOME..No spark at all...the only thing i have not done
yet is try another d16y8 dist from another guys car at work...
What do you guys think...

 

at this point ..have u check d ur grounds?

 

d16y8 distributor doesn't bolt up to the d16z6, it will require not only mods to the mounting but also will need to be replugged, try swapping parts from your distributor to the d16z6.

 

yeah, you forgot to mention what engine you swapped in a y8 or a z6?
