My parking lights and my dash light just turned off could it be a fuse ?
They turned off when i slammed my trunk close tho...

 

It sound like a fuse. Check wiring to hatch, you may have pinched a wire.

hahaha i know i know i feel stupid now...
i didnt check it right away i was too pissed about my motor and its been raining like a motha.
But i just changed the fuse, my interior is hella wet now.

 

Wow...hmmm yea just check your fuse. I dont see how you shutting your hatch could cause this though. I dont think your hatch wiring has anything to do with your parking lights. If its not a fuse it sounds like you have a loose ground or something somewhere. GL.
