Default Building a Tire purger/filler

Hi,
I am contemplating building something like this

I was wondering if any of you guys would know the layout of this thing. It looks pretty simple.

I have something similar at work... "the cheetah" as we call it. Its not quite the same but it has maybe a 6 gallon tank that we hook up to the shop air, and fill the tank to about 125psi. It has a long nose and you just put it up against the outer rim edge of a wheel with an un-seated tire bead and you open the valve from the tank to the nose and that bad boy blasts enough air into the tire to instantly seat both beads of the tire on the wheel, its loud as ****.

edit.... here's a link to it...

The "cheetah" is the Bomb. I love it almost as much as a can of lighter fluid and a blow torch.
