So check it I went to change my spark plugs and when i got to plug 2 i tried takin it out nothin looked inside it had been stripped from previous owner.

Question is... how can i take this spark plug out with out having to change the head?

There has to be a way

 

If it is stripped, you have no choice but to remove the head and repair the damaged thread using a helicoil or similar. take it to a reputable machine shop, it shouldnt cost you more than $50 to have it done right and save you the cost of replacing the head.
Next time use antisieze gold on the plug threads. Same goes for o2 sensors etc.
