SP sensor in 98 civic ex o2 sensor and wire under IM color?

Default SP sensor in 98 civic ex o2 sensor and wire under IM color?

I have a jdm b16a2 swaped into my 1998 civic ex now my dash lights keep going on and off I haven't checked SP sensor fuse yet but they will come back on sometimes when the engine moves from driving , I thought it was my alternator so I replaced that, I have all my grounds tight. I'm converted from obd2 to obd-1 and I belive that my dad had split one of the wires on the secondary o2 sensor and we had taped it, So i think its grounding out and causing my SP sensor issue and thats why my alternator isn't charging, cause I had it tested and it said it was all good.

I also have no CEL's coming up so is this still possible?

From what I've read it seems that is usally the issue that the secondary o2 sensor is messed up and grounding out, sence I dont need it should I unplug it take it out the cat?

and plug the hole or just leave it in cliped in the cat and cut the wires on the o2 sensor then eletrical tape the connector that runs into the car and shove it up in there?

And someone was saying its also usally a issue with a wire under the intake manifold that can get pinched from engine movement and cause the issue. Now is there a certain color wire i should be looking for, with a swaped in jdm b16 or where that wires plugs in?

Now it's been like this for the past couple days will it do any harm to drive around like this?

usally when Sp sensor code comes up you get two o2 sensor codes for primary and secondary, and the alternator wont charge and the 7.5 SP fuse blows, correct me if im wrong this is what i came up with searching, Any help with the color of the wire under the IM or what it plugs into would be great, im gonna check the fuse and look at the o2 sensor.
