Um... not sure about the PowerFC... but that's what Apexi uses in there 8s full drag car.. So it can't be all that bad... But I guess you have to know how to get it tuned. But on another note.. I met some guy the other day.. and he had a Power FC installed in his SiR... and he said he dynoed it at 150hp... Not too bad for a b16, but I guess I was expecting a little more than that for a $2000 ecu.
This month's issue of SCC features the Hondata on a B16 EG... stock map from Hondata pulled a 152... and 157 with tuning..
I just ordered up a 4b, so needless to say.. Hondata

Power FC is not 2g's. It is price comparably to the AEM EMS and the Hondata Stage 4b. They all around 1300 (under 1g if you have a good hook up). You can't compare the Stage 3 to the power FC. The power FC's only downfall is that unless a power excel dealer tunes your car its a little harder to tune it efficiently (sp?). The AEM is the most expensive but a laptop is all you need to tune it. The Hondata is next but unless you have a Stage 4 then you'll have to get someone with a stage 4 to burn the program (Plus if you have a OBDII car for right now you'll have ot get it converted to OBDI).
SOme of that is 1st hand experience and others are experience gleaned from the knowledge on this board. DO a search and you should come up with good info.

Hondata is very very nice....I'm running 2b right now, and I love it.
however....if I had a choice I'd run the AEM EMS, it has all the features of hondata, and much more. pluse it's a direct plug in for obdii

lol then yeah they are all 2gs (Man the CDN dollar is taking a hit these days eh! I'm glad I live in the States right now. I'll move back when the dollar comes out of thrid world status).
Like I said a AEM EMS, Power RC, and Hondata Stage 4 are all around the same price.

It would probably be better. But wait Quebec will want it to seperate and be its own country. Bush will probably have invade Quebec and make them become part of the melting pot.

When I was there and they were having the rally's and crap I was one of the few that was saying let em go so they can struggle financially when they realize that no one will invest in the country of Quebec. Some of my friedns in Highschool even went to the big rally they had in Montreal to show the french the support the country had for them (Truthfully I think half my school went so they can get out of school).
since your out of the country i wouldnt get the Power FC its a great system i am running one in my car. but as for tuning it would prolly be better for you to get an AEM unit or Hondata. i personally would choose the AEM over the Hondata.
