Nitrous Oxide = Most bang for the buck.Where else can you get 50-75HP for 500 bucks-maybe less for a used system.
Although ,after you keep refilling the tank it may be turbo in the long run.38 Bucks for 10 pounds of nitrous and ten tanks later your up to $880 (with original setup)still cheaper than a turbo. But then turbos do kick ***!

Nitrous is the most bang for the buck. If you have a V6.. it'll handle a 100 shot no problem... if it's a 4 banger.. it'll handle a 60-75 shot.

the most bang for your buck.. depends on your buck. what are your goals and what do you want to spend. i can only guess you paid a good amount for your new car, so you dont want to dish out another 6k... think of where you want to be.. and how much you want to spend... that will determine a lot
G-Bangin for the Buck:
Decent set of 15-17" rims with sticky tires. Try http://www.tirerack.com or the local classifieds. Check the wieght of the wheel though cause it's stupid to get bigger rims that look nice but weigh a ton (ie 18"s). Ridiculous. Rims: depends... 80-150/rim. Good tires 50-109/tire.
Set of springs...used Eibachs/H&R's for $80-100...your stock shocks should still be good enough (...don't know what kind of driving you do). Install: depends, $50+ bucks....call around.
If you have a manual trans...throw some Redline MTL synthetic oil in the tranny...fasting meshing of the synchros = faster shifting = faster revs = faster to powerband = faster car. Cost of oil = $7/quart...need 2 quarts (or there abouts).
Sharpen your driving skills...heel toe'ing...get one (1) aftermarket clip-on pedal for the accelerator pedal. This will make doing this much easier. ($10)
Strut tower bar (~$30) will stiffen up the chassis nicely - spans over the engine...
K&N filter ~$25-30 bucks. Free flowing...won't lose horsepower when it gets dirty. Gain a bit when reasonators are removed. Won't hydrolock (aka ****-up) your engine in the rain. In the words of a visiting Japanese chief engineer to APEXintegration "honda is an engine company. they build engines, then just happen to build cars around those engines. Everything is so well designed at a fundamental level." In the words of Oscar Jackson "sometimes stock is best".
OBD II car (like your post 1995 accord) : intake/exhuast/headers won't do tooooo much for what you pay...don't believe the (magazine) hype... they're in the business of selling ads to companies that sell parts....
Turbo: Mmmmm...mixed bag: is it really worth the hassle, $, compatibility problems or engine wear/ potential for destruction? Wouldn't it be better to put that 6k into another (faster) car?

hey...that's funny...i think i just described MY car (sans the eibach's - i sprung for the APEXi coilovers/shocks)....haha....turbo guys...my *** needs a beatin'...

tick....tick....BOOM! I think you have it backwards. The v6 tranny can barely hold it's own torque, let alone the torque of the car with nitrous.
