D16Z6 wont pass emissions test
I have a 95 civic ex and i cant get it to pass emissions testing. It has headers, catback exhaust, and a brand new magnaflow cat. It also has a brand new o2 sensor, plugs and wires are in good condition. What is the next thing i can check/replace?
thanks in advance,
Sean

It does make a difference.
my "JDM" EJ8 is wrong.
96+ cars are hooked up to a scan tool for emissions because theyre OBDII.
Pre 96 cars are tested under-load which means they get the "sniffer" test.
Theyre put on a Dyno.
Is your car completely warmed up before you take the test?
PA is such a PITA, One year stickers.

wow thats suck man, here in IL all 96 and up only get hook up to the scan tool and if they see that everything is ok, they will pass you.
All OBD1 (95 and older) cars dont go to emission any more
