What is the best spring rate for a 95 Coupe?

thats a little hard to say since most people dont deal with spring rates. You'd be better off to research and see what spring is best. If you want coilovers get ground cotrolls and koni yellows, as for lower springs im nto sure

I'm looking around and Ground Control has a complete setup but there talking about spring rates and I really have no idea. Any one that knows anything all help would be appreciated.
