Every noise heard is a grey hair grown.
Maybe it's knowing that ITR's are irreplaceable, or perhaps a sense that even the simplest mods are disliked by my car.
For whatever reason, I stress over every little new vibration, or engine nuance.
I just installed a new header and CAT, simple right? no, not to me... I have to double, triple, quadruple check everything... and of-course something won't sound right.
Do you all feel the same?
Maybe I just discovered ITROCD.

i'm the same way. ever since i put my jdm 4-1/carsound cat i keep hereing this ticking noise like the car needs a valve adjustment. i did one last month and i still hear it. it's driving me up the fuq'n wall. could it be just the header or the cat or the combo or header and still running the stock exhaust???
for me, Every noise heard = one click higher on the radio volume dial.. repeat until you can't hear the noise.
When the car stops going foward, that is when you know you need to fix something
Pretty much my point of view as well. I used to suffer from ITROCD, but now, it's "Burn her to the ground, then by a new CTR or RSX-R." (Hopefully they'll be here by then...

My intake whistles like you wouldn't believe (at least I think it is my intake). I have a K&N drop in with a DIY icebox.
Partial throttle will make it whistles like the AEM CAI. It even whistles as your coasting or engine braking (more subtle whistle that can only be heard with the window down). At first I thought it was my wheel bearing, but as soon as I press the clutch in, the whistling goes away.

or go deaf
the stock radio isn't that loud though so I don't I'd go deaf that way.edit: had to edit since a mod edited out my pet name for him.
