Default Does this FPR look okay?

This FPR came with my Z6 intake manifold...the vacuum bung looks a little bent... Is this bad, ok, or normal?

not normal, but i doubt if it would cause any problems.

with it being bent down like that it will actually increase your fuel pressure, which isn't necessarily a good thing cause it could make your engine run rich and cause you to foul out your plugs. i'd look into getting it replaced.

I'd need a separate gauge for an adjustable one like this, right?

well mine came set at 40 when I bought it, stock psi on the sohc zc was 44, so I just kept messing with it till it felt the best.
Butt dyno,
I would just get a gauge that mounts to the filter, if you don't have an aftermarket port for a gauge
Plus, I think it would look cleaner

This is mine, drflickner sold me these and a cam gear for around 300.00
so it was pretty cheap

To me, $15 for a stock one from the yard is cheap.

A6 FPR = 35-41psi
Z6 FPR = 40-47psi
