Default Fuel pressure prob

I just noticed in my car today my fuel pressure was jacked upto 60 psi static . is it possible that it adjusted itself or the regulator is messed up ? i am running hondata , rc550;s aem fpr and fuel rail .
any ideas? it was at 38 before

adjust the fpr, if it does it agian, you may want to check the fpr diaphgram...
also, double check with another gauge, your gauge may be stuck..

i just tried to adjust it and i adusted it all thwe way down and it sticks at 60psi , i adjust it up and it goes up , im thinking the gauege is bad, it a B&M gauge. its like 2-3 yrs old now .
i checked the fpr , theres no way it would have adjsuted becuase it was tight, and the diphram should be good i just rebuilt it a few months ago . the car runs the same it feels and i checked the oplugs and doesnt look like its running rich at all , so im thinking the gauge is shot.
