Comparable Borg warner to GT2860RS
hello,
im looking to put a new turbo on my setup, it is for a circuit race car so i want low spool and great response, so i was looking at the ATP T3 GT2860RS.82, that would mean fitting water lines which TBH is a pain in the ****.
so are there any borg warner turbos that have similar spool/response characteristics to the GT28?
Thanks
Dave

these look to be the closest one the s247 or a s252,the 247 flows about 35lbs max i think thats pretty close to the gt28rs and the s252 is probably more comparable to the gt2871r
and here is a chart that you can use to convert them to lbs/min

i didn't know these turbos existed until i called and they sent me the maps
couldn't the atp .78 divided t3 be machined to work with the bullseye turbos?

Not with the turbine wheels that are used. The S252 and S247 came out in mid 2007 to compete with the smaller-framed GT-R series.
