Stalling/doesn't rev past 4K... Any help??

Hello!
Yeah, once the engine is at normal operating temp, it idles very low and eventually dies. Also, I can't take it past 4K rpm, sometimes it does this, and sometimes it drives ok but sputters...

I've replaced the Idle Air Control valve with no improvement. Also replaced the distributor/rotor; plugs/wires, fuel filter.
The fuel is very rich, I may be fowling the O2 sensors...

Using Hondata S200
12:1 compression
RC Sat. 440 injectors
Stock ignition

I'm at a loss at this point. Anybody have any ideas??

Hmmm, not sure about 1st... TPS is good though. I tried putting a loop plug on the harness but I received no codes. I'm guessing that's because I have OBD 1 and Hondata
I'm ready to set it on fire!!!
