Never heard of it, wouldn't trust it and it looks like old stock (and previously returned (damage to box)).

Majestic (and Honda) groups the O2 sensors in the exhaust groups.
Either
Exhaust Manifold (non-EX) or
Exhaust system (pipes)

I've been to partstrain.com and they have the denso o2 sensor for my car/engine for only $90.

http://www2.partstrain.com/store/det...28%3D&x=13&y=3

What is the diff. between honda uses and this one?

Denso is an OEM supplier for Honda, you're just buying it out their back door. It's a good piece.
Just make sure it's not a "Universal Fit" where you have to cut/splice wires. Always go for the PnP types

Stay away from EBay for stuff like this.

Since mine is OBD1. Does it matter if I get the Front or Catalyst inlet type?

As far as I know OBD1 has only 1 O2 sensor right?

Nomenclature is the same.
Primary refers to 'front' - always before the Catalytic Converter; and can be found on ALL OBD series
Secondary refers to 'behind' - always after the Catalytic Converter; and is found on all BUT OBD1 series.

Be sure you purchase the correct O2 sensor for your year car. There are subtle variations.
