Where can I find either an OEM o2 sensor or an aftermarket o2 sensor??

The dealership told me $227.00 for the OEM one.

Please tell me which o2 sensor you are using, what I should get, and where

Thanks

Yes, O2 sensors are quite expensive when purchased new from a dealer. I'd suggest searching the local junkyard
