Default low engine temp after rad install

I installed a dual core B16 radiator into my del sol with gsr swap. Ever since I did the install the engine temperature won't get above the 3rd or 4th tick mark on the temp gauge, regardless of how long i drive on streets or freeways. The only mods i have on the gsr motor are intake, header, exhaust, and a skunk2 IM.

Any ideas what can be keeping it from warming up to normal? thx

well today tested the thermostat and it opened and closed fine in almost boiling water. The car will heat up fine when I leave the car idling for like 10 minutes and the needle gets to about 1/3 up the gauge.

Once I start driving the needle will drop down to the first or second tick mark. i'll still replace the thermostat just in case, but could it be a radiator issue or somethin else?

Check the heat range on your plugs... plugs that run too cool in winter can have some effects on your heat build up and exchange. my first thought was the thermostat, but if you say its fine...
I'd look at the radiator its self... you could tape off some of the fins but thats kinda like a bandaid. you could aslo run a hotter thermostat that opens later in the heat range. Mostly t sounds like you radiator flows a bit too much air for the motor and thermostat.
