Well the knock sensor part you are going to have to use a GSR harness in order to fix the problem. If that does not work then you are stock with a knock sensor code like everyone else. This could either be that your car needs a knock sensor plug to be used (not sure) or a need for a GSR harness. Good luck !!
You do not need a GS-R harness, you simply need to wire in the knock sensor, its 1 wire back to the ECU. Or you can chip the P72 and disable the knock sensor. You will also need to replace the oxygen sensor to get rid of the code 41.
so the burnt thing has nothing to do with the v-tec problem? also the ecu is chiped i pluged back in a wire that was out of the ecu and the knock sensor went away for a bit but when i dorve my car it came back and the wire was till in ??? dose it make a difference of why my v-tec is acting up? or is it the o2 because when i got the car the wire was out of the ecu but the car still ran fine im thinking its eather the o2 or the burnt thing on the ecu!
Any comments on that?

good point ''94EG8'' you don't really need a GSR harness, you just need to wire up the harness with a knock sensor. My B16a does not have a knock sensor because it's JDM from what i been told. If i would want to do this i would have to drill in back of the head and mount a Knock Senor. other than that It works like a charm!! sure not the grates motor, but never had any problems=0
There is a way to bypass the knock sensor. A guy either here or another site used some sort of peizo device to send a small, varying signal to the ECU to mimic what the sensor would put out.
That, or you could go OBD1, or modify it like someone else did.
