ok well i have been helping a friend with his car its not getting spark i dont no what the hell to do now he got new plugs wires and a new dizzy cap rotor timing is good it all top dead center what am i missing

is it a swap, or just a recent problem on the stock motor. a few more details will help us point you in the right direction.

might be a bad dizzy. see if you can find a functional one from a friend and ask if you can swap them out to see if that's the problem.

ok its a new dizzy so i dont think it bad but we are going to get a def one in the morning and try it. is there anything other then that some thing im missing

Coil, igniter, CYP.... replace the whole thing. they are around 200+/- 50 new. Or try and find a used one for that particular engine. I'm 99% sure that's your problem. I have had 11-D-4 of them go bad.
