Ok so I've been searching for answers and clues to help me for and hour and a half with no luck.

The Problem,
Last night as I was pulling out of my drive way my cluster lights went out (I heard the fuse pop), so I pull back in the drive way and take my daily, so today I go out to check the problem and I can't figure it out. I pulled the cluster out and turn the lights on and it popped another fuse, then I took out the dimmer switch and turned them on again with a new fuse and popped that one too. The dimmer switch is fine but I'm not sure about the light switch on the steering column, I'm lost and just need to be pointed in the right direction to start checking other things.
