did you check the fuses? I haven't actually dug in there on a Honda but I hear there's one that works the lighting for the cluster and the climate control...

I have the same problem on my EK, The AC and the light next to it does not turn on, yes i chkd the dimmer switch also <-- it dims the radio and othr lites. My Cluster lights does not work also, the turning and and engine chk goes on fine, but no RPM light, no MPH , no gas, no TEMP, it is strange, chkd the fuses already to. I will try to fix it, if u have same problem, i'll let u kno how i fixd it,

If you disconnect the dimmer switch, nothing on the dash lights up when you turn on your headlights. So, it the dimmer switch goes out, then you won't have any dash lights.

Could also be a bad ground. I have ran across this problem before also. Try bumping the top of the dash to see if you get a response. That what worked for me. If then I lean towards the dimmer switch too.

chk if your dimmer switch is workin proberly, if it is. then Take the clustr/intrumental ting out, then remove the cluster, there should be sum wiring behind it. just disconnet, mine had like 4 things i had to disconnect. I took the clustr out and laid it on my seat, then I bought one of those voltage testr thinggies, there cheap like 5 bux, i hookd it up to ground and chkd the wires if it had any electricity coming in, some of them will not or mite not lite up, in that case, that is because the wires that does not lite up are ground wires already ( i hope i am making sense), if they are all working you are good, if they dont then pop ur fuse box out and look for the intrumental fuse or sumtin like that. If everything is good, then your final chk is your lite bulbs, chk the lite bulbs in your clustr, replace the ones that are burnt. Aftr i did all that, mine started working again. But I am only trying to help by telling you wut i did for my problem, yours mite be a lil bit different, so inprovise. I hope it helped a lil bit, but mine is back and up running. Your is kinda different cuz the AIR CONTROLL is not workin on ur's. I would listen to wut evryone else is tellin u to do, i think it is ur fuse or ur dimmer switch that is the problem. chk it out, have it replace. Let us know if u got it fixxed.
