Let me get this right- The launch control works by reading 0MPH, and then it sets a rev limit to that point correct?
In the Smanager, to activate it is either
1 Disabled
2 Always On
3 AC Switch
4 PS Switch
5 Service Connector Switch
6 Brake Switch
7 Vtec Pressure
How does these work? I tried searching around but still dont understand it-
The car is going to have AC, so Im assuming I cant use that feature, as well as power steering.
Is there anyway I can have it so that I dont have to keep launch control on at all times? I would like a button to switch it on and off- any input thanks!!

Launch control works when ever your car is less than 0 mph, as soon as it registers the limit that you define in the software (usually 6 mph I believe?) it will release the limiter. 6 mph is SLOW, as soon as your wheel spins you are past the limiter.
ONLY use this feature if you have a reliable speed signal. Otherwise you can run in to some strange problems.
If you are just trying to use the RPM based limiter for launch control, you can use the speed input and not need to wire anything. Set the feature to "Always on" if you want to do it the easy way using the speed signal.
