I'm pretty sure the ectune.com forum has a thread that explains it for non-AC cars. Unfortunately I'm in a hurry so I can't look just yet.
If it started as an AC-equiped car, you'll just get the ebc feature, then hit the button.

on OBD1 ecu's, B5 is the ac input if you do not have AC and need to wire it in. B5 to ground activates it. the rest is software settings.

All you do is run one side of the switch to ground and the other side to pin B5.. like stated above.
In the software you should see the AC input be activated when you flick the switch and it will switch to your high boost anytime the AC switch is grounded.
