??piston to wall clearance??

I will be installing oversized (.25) jdm itr pistons in my gsr bottom end, helms says clearance should be between ~ .0010 - .0040 mm ? what would you recomend for use in street/auto x car? thanks, eric

are those #s right?
I know in std they should be between .0006-.0014
I generally set stock pistons to .001"
