Default clutch slip

i just recently got my build done. after the build, i had to adjust my clutch pedal because it was hard to get in gears. now, it shifts smooth but my clutch is slipping. it's a new 6 puck competition clutch, resurfaced competition clutch flywheel, and competition presure plate (much thicker than OEM). at w.o.t., it grips ok in 1-3 gears (but no noticeable chirps) and slips on 4th. is it possible that the clutch isn't handling the power or the clutch pedal just needs to be re-adjust?

you shouldn't have to adjust clutch pedal rod length at all...I'm guessing you took out all slack in the pedal, and no it doesn't fully engage.

Ditto the above.^^^

I would check at the clutch throw out barring lever to make sure "Clutch Release Cylinder" piston in in all the way and not holding the throw out bearing lever "out".

How much free play does the clutch pedal have?
Should be about a 1/2". 94

i have adjust the pedal to when it grips 3/4 of the way up and 1/4 of the way up and it doesn't seem to change the slippage. but by just looking from the outside of the clutch slave cylinder, i can't really see anything wrong with the lever. when pressing the pedal, it goes out to a certain point, and the releasing the pedal, it goes back to the same point. i had even tried re-bleeding it. if there was to be a clutch fluid leak, could this be the problem? i'll have to look deeper into this. any help would be appreciated.
