Plug fouling on cyl 2&3 ??
I just got my setup back together after over-revving the head, same exact setup running on the same tune. For some reason cyl 2 and 3 are running richer than cyl 1 and 4. The plugs look perfect on cyl 1 and 4 but after a few pulls down the road and checking the plugs cyl 2 and 3 are black and the car wants to miss. I've gone thru 3 sets of the same plugs and the problem still occurs. After changing the plugs the car runs perfect until the plugs load up. Tried changing the gap and swapped out anoter oem fpr and same results. What could cause cyl 2 and 3 to be running richer?

Swapped out injectors and cyl 2 and 3 and same results... Is there a way to check the ignition voltage through the plug wires?

same thing happened to me, it took me FOREVER to figure it out, my ICM (ignition control module) quit in my dizzy, i replaced it and it was still a little iffy..
so i just bought a remanned dizzy and never the same problem!

it would be much simpler if u just got a new dizzy, borrow one from a friend!

when mine was crapping out i was spark knocking/pinging in my 2&3 cylinders too.
it was ONLY those cylinders that had detonation marks... i wouldn't be surprised if yours had them too.
