i have a Ef with b18a1 and my driver axle cv boot keep on tearing. i have Ls half shaft and both right & left axles with GSR Y1 tranny.

I was trading parts this one time and i saw this other guy had a b16 in EG and the driver Dv boot is also tear ups.

Is this a common problem. caris driven daily. thanks.

 

boots tear. it happens, but whats the frequency? is the car extremely low?

 

it's drop to about 2.75. one finger to fender from tire. the boot tears like 2-3 months.
