ok right now i have fast ems in my car and im going to take that out and put the hondata s300 in it. its a p28 ecu. my car is a 92 95 eg.what i wanted to know is what harness do i use since there is no factory harness in there and what is have to do to get this working.
Do you still have your factory interior harness with ecu plugs? If thats the case you will just need any obd1 harness. If you got rid of all that when you did the FAST, might be easier to grab an OBD2 harness with an OBD2-->OBD1 Jumper Harness and run it straight to the ecu and then wire up your interior stuff seperatly.
you can run a (99-00 SI ) obd2 B engine harness.. it plugs directly into the ecu.. Just needs power and ground...
I did this on my 94 integra... only took 3 wires to make it fire..
Ignition power
Fuel pump power
ECU harness power.
Its clean and simple.. Look into it.

Why are you down grading ECU? Leave Fast in there. It works why change it? You have one of the best tuners around tuning on the car it would be dumb to have someone else mess with it.

Well i never had a problem with it at all. I dont think its a down grade.I would still try to get Jason to try and tune it. I feeel like the s300 has more features and options on it.

Hondata does have a few good built in option that the Fast doent have in your model but, theres other ways to make it happen with the stuff that you currently have.....
