Default Baro Sensor? Barometric pressure

I got a code p1106 in my 98 civic last night. The car is totally stock. I found that they said it is inside the ecu, but where exactly? I need a picture of it so I can change it.
TIA

yeah, you need another ecu, they dont just sell the barometer because its soldered onto the ecu curcuit board

It's the rectangular piece to the right of the 28 pin socket on chipped ECUs.

Then try to fix it. If it's blown and you have other blown ECUs, then what do you have to lose?

Agreed it's worth a shot in that case, but I've been told a new ECU is the only fix.

Year old thread ftw.

You're in the wrong section. Don't bump a 4 year old thread. Make your own in the CORRECT section.
