I recently took my motor out to paint the car and decided to to go ahead and replace all the gaskets while it was out. Apon removing the valve cover i discovered a rocker arm with the adjuster ball laying inside the head. I cranked the motor over by hand and everything cranked smooth. the valve doesnt look to be bent as it is seated in the head flush. There doesnt apear to be any damage to the cams or anything else in the head so what other damage could this have done?
