help with d15b7 intake mani to z6 mani

Default help with d15b7 intake mani to z6 mani

hey guys well i have a d15b7 bottom end with a z6 head and i just finaly got a z6 intake mani. and it dose not have a little coolent nipple on the bottom right side of the mani like my only one.... so on my TB on the bottom part of it it not that thing that warms it so it dont freeze i think thats what its for but the coolent light that comes from that goes to that nipple that i dont have now on my new manifold...... iwill try to get a picture to show what nipple i am missing......


is the z6 tb differnt than the d18b7?

sorry if this was confusin... i tryed to list what i got and dont just sorta hard to explain

If you can get yur hands on a z6 tb then do that. The FITV (fast idle thermo valve) from the d15b7 and d16z6 are apparently different

alright shoot cuz like the b series ones has the same two things comming oiut of it and i would still have like a extra line there i got to see if i can find a z6 one asap!!! or a pic to see how it is..... you think its alright on that fast idle thing to put a plug over it and clamp it

ok. My z6 manifold dose not have the coolent nipple on the the right under side of the manifold that my d15b7 manifold dose have. So that being said. the tb has a hose comming from the bottom of it going to that nipple that is not there now on my new z6 manifold. the picture is of my manifold with the nipple and showing the hose.

sorry i just kinda pissed cuz i cant get my car started! lol i dont know and for now with i just put a plug where the hose is and clamped it

hey guys this was my car we were workin on bump need some help right now i got it pluged off with a clamp and now when my car is warm the idle surges
