I picked up a Y8 intake manifold yesturday to put on my d16z6, an di was just looking it over and noticed a few things. It appears that someone must have put this on a y7 at one point because the location where the IAC goes has been ground down and filled in 9 cant remove it how its been ground). So my question is how can i run my IAC since theer is no spot on the IM to put it and theres no place on a z6 Tb to put it.

you could always use a y7 tb, as the IACV is part of the tb on that model

Also, i noticed the y8 manifold doesnt have a place for an IAT sensor, did the y8's not have an IAT or should i just run it in my intake?

run IAT from intake.

not sure about your other situation, why not run the y7 tb to fix your prob??

y7 TB = 56mm

h23a TB = 60mm better airflow
