Front turn signal problem

Front turn signal problem
Here's what I'm working with:
2000 EX V6 coupe
Just replaced stock headlights with TYC projectors
I notice that the speed of the turn signal has probably gotten 3x faster and the fronts do not blink. The back signals blink just fine (but faster).
Any input would be greatly appreciated. I'm not a technician..just a DIYer that could use a little help. Thanks.

BTW, the amber corner lights work fine, but won't flash with the turn signal. Also, all connections seem to be plugged in tightly. I checked all lighting-related fuses both on the drivers side dash and under the hood and they appear to be intact. Hazards work on the back, but not up front.
Please help.
