Default D series EG civic wiring info needed for H22 swap

I am currently putting a H22 into an EG civic shell. I know its recommended to use the D series core loom then the connector ends of the H22 core loom with a few wires extended. I am having difficulty finding a D series civic wiring harness information, although I have the workshop manual it does not show a layout of the wiring loom and where the connectors connect. Does anyone have this at all? Any help would be appreciated

It is easier than you think. If you can get a z6 harness (92-95 ex/si) then all you really have to do is extend the alternator wires. I also added the injector resistor box and moved the IACV plug to the h22 fuel inj. harness that I mated in. Really that is the biggest you need to do.

You can always run vtec from ecu to shock tower plug if your car doesn't already have vtec.

A helms is the best manual to get. ask your dealership to print you off a couple pages so you know what colors are what or you should be able to find some free info on the net.

Cheers for the advice. I managed to get hold of a D15z1 harness to hack up aswell as the H22 harness and the original d15b2 harness that was attached to the original engine. All the looms are OBD1 but I cannot get the d15z1 harness to connect into the shock tower block connectors that run to the ECU (one plug fits and one doesnt), is there something im missing?
