well i just found out that the only way for both of them to turn on is to unplug and replug the foglight.

but if i leave them both plug in and turn on with the switch only one side will work and from there i have to unplug and replug one of the foglight inorder to work.

so what could be the problem?

for the people that have hid foglight please help me!!!

your wire isn't a thick enough gauge. Run a separate relay for each light and run the ground from the ballast directly to the cars sheetmetal.

I kind of had this problem but just with HID's in my regular housings. It is an 00 4dr civic dx. My battery was always a little weak and a few months ago I replaced it and never had the problem again. I think its because when you fire them up they require a good steady amount of electricity and if your battery is worn out it might cause some problems.
