33k mile oil change

Icon2 33k mile oil change

'06 si coupe.

first off i decided on OEM air and oil filter.
now. which oil to use?!?!

Mobile 1 or Royal Purple?
both synthetic

btw other suggestions are welcome, that goes with the air and oil filter.

M1 synthetic (personal preference) because I don't feel like spending $8 a quart.

There are other options to consider so long as you maintain the suggest oil weight mandated by the factory.

Royal Purple seems to only sell because of it's excessive marketing to hotrod types. It isn't a bad oil, but there is no reason to pay more for it than Mobil1.

M1 and a Honda filter is a match made in heaven. Using this combination may actually get you laid.
