Default Oil out exhaust...

So i fire up my new motor after its rebuild (my first rebuild)...the car starts up fine...idle is off but acceptable for now. After about 5 mins of the car running i notice that oil is dripping out of my exhaust. I have hedman hedders so the oil is not coming out of the tail end...its coming out at the flange where it turns from 4 pipe to 2 pipe...I pulled off the headers and every cylinder was letting oil out. I just had a valve job done...so i know its not the valve seals. I put new piston rings in so i now its not the rings. So how else could so much oil get inside? Could it be the angle of the new piston rings were put in is wrong? Im totally stumped on this...i need to fix the problem soon...being that the car is now going to be my daily...I need help. What do you guys think is causing this???? feel free to ask questions. Thanks.

Im pretty sure i did...theres a small chance that the previous owner had the cylinder bored a little but to my knowledge the cylinders are not oversized...Know of any way to check if they are oversized?

measure the cylinders with a dial, but make sure you know what the stock specs are for the cylinders..
