Default Oil in exhaust port number 2 piston rings or valve guides/seals?

Ok well after trying 2 different 14bs and 1 t25 turbo and all of them having a large oil leak going into the downpipe and smoking out the exhaust with all of them, I started to think the oil leak was maybe from the motor instead of the turbos. Well turns out I take the manifold off and there is oil in the exhaust port of cylinder number 2 and its all in manifold from that. So the oil comes from the motor, goes through the turbo and boils and cooks in the downpipe/exhaust so white smoke comes out, and by the time it reaches the exhaust the oil has turned a grayish color. This is on a b18a1 motor.

My question is... is the oil from the piston rings or the valve seals/guides? I think its from the valve seals/guides becuase if it were the piston rings it would burn in the combustion chamber and cause blue smoke, but this comes right out of the exhaust port and cooks in the downpipe causeing white smoke... if its the seals/guides im taking the head off tommorw and getting it fixed, if its the piston rings.....welll i dono yet , sorry its so long

what exactly is the difference between a valve guide and a valve seal? and do you think i should go ahead and take the head off?

valve guide is the metal thing sticking into the exhaust port, you can pull off your exhaust manifold and tell, i think its the valveguide because if it were the rings, the oil would be burnt during the combustion cycle, not dripping out of the exhaust port

remove the head and take the head to a machine shop and tell them to check the valve guides. you can also use a dial caliper and place it on the valve stem and push it back and forth and compare to specs.

Why? Even if the guides are worn, the valve seals should stop the oil going into the combustion chamber.

welll the way i see it , is the oil in the head is basically sneeking past the vavle seals or whatever on the exhaust valves and it just goes out through the exhaust port ....

i just put the motor all back to na and drove it and it has all the power as before except it smokes like crazy so thats another clue that its the valve seals or whatever.

ok well the car still smokes, even though the plugs have no oil on them ( they look kinda white though)

its kinda weird because i cant say the smoke really starts with the motor warmed up, its kinda a little while after driving when the temp. gauge is it operating temperature... it smokes worse under full throttle ... i need help
