Default Wheel Bearing? Or Tires?

99 EM1. I believe the front left wheel whirles when I'm driving. At first, I thought it definitely was the wheel bearing until I jacked it up, shook it and it was loose. I tightened the axle nut and it doesnt' wiggle anymore but the sound is still there. I check ALL of the wheels but nothing. Do you think it could be just the tires that's making hte sound? I am lowered, and my coworker said that the negative camber may cause the tires to be even noisier than it already may be.

Any way to diag?

try changing the outer tie rod and see if that helps. is it a knocking noise?

it prolly wore out some of those bearings in the wheel bearing when it was shaking and you were driving, id replace the wheel bearing, and if that dosent fix it then take it back. you could have also stripped out your studs and theres a little play when theres a lot of weight on the wheel.
