Doors and Cold Weather/snow.

Doors and Cold Weather/snow.
Well, I have a dilema. My doors and locks are freezing horribly. It's bad enough that I cant unlock it with my key or from inside. Then when I do get it unlocked, I can't open the damn thing because its frozen shut! I've tried spraying WD-40 in the lock hole, but that didn't help. Is this a common problem with Civics? Does anybody have a trick to keep them from freezing?

go to a local advance auto parts and ask for graphite lubrication spray, its a dry lubrication and an anti freeze, i used it and its worked fine for me. i sprayed the lock real good.

I'm curious about this too because I had the same proble last week. I spent about 15 minutes messing around with my door trying to unlock it with the key but it wouldn't unlock. I was scared that I might break the key inside of the lock. It eventually unlocked, and I had to used de-icer to thaw out the ice around the door so that I could get it open.

the graphite spray works good. if you spray the door spray from the inside out, like open the door and spray the weather stripping and where ever the door makes a seal.
