Your catch can is connected improperly.

Oh man, most of your hoses are wack!
Intake hose goes to valve cover.

PCV -> catch can -> intake manifold

Ok, apparently I need some serious help here.
Someone post some pics, I'm all searched out.

It looks like your catch can is laying on its side (not a good thing).

You do not want a shallow catch tank. Imagine the oil sloshing around in there while your driving and gets sucked up by your intake manifold.

Looks right to me. Is your catch can sitting up or still on it's side?

On its side, but it has a glass site to watch the level.
Its still 3 1/2 inches tall on its side.

How does the glass help if it's supposed to monitor the level while it's faced up? I don't get how that will help or prevent the oil going into your itnake manifold.

It can be mounted either way. As the instructions show, the "site" can be installed vertical or horizontal.

The can comes with three holes, providing two ways to mount the site.
See the extra plug at the bottom left.

I would have said that you got those pics from HIN Dallas, but the NBP ITR there was turbo'd, and it was connected properly.

He had it mounted in the same spot. Must be nice not having cruise control.
