i have just replaced the engine in my 1995 civic dx because i blew the other one up, at first i put a different wiring harness and intake manifold in with the engine but then after everything was all bolted up it wouldnt start. so i put my old wiring harness and intake manifold on and it started up and ran on only 2 cylinders for a couple minutes then just died completly. i checked for spark on the 2 cylinders that were running and now they dont have any spark. i was wondering what could be the casue of this? help would be very apperciated

 

It sounds like your ignition coil blew and you might need new plugs and wires, do you kno how old that stuff is?
