What are these plugs for?

What are these plugs for?
I Picked up a 2000 si a couple days ago. I was checking out the engine and saw these plugs behind the manifold just hangin around. I was wondering what are they for? why are they not plugged into anything? The car runs perfectly fine but i still dont know whats it for. Any imput would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys

It's the Positive (+) junction and the Negative/Ground junction of the engine harness. It does not plug to anything, it's already capped. That's where your Positive and/or GND for the sensors comes together.
